Customizable Voltage Automatic Thawing Machine for Large Quantity Ice Chicken Meat
Application scenario of the unfreezing machine
Innovaster defrosting machine is designed for frozen fish block or IQF products such as shrimp, lobster, chicken, meat etc. Water defrosting minimizes weight loss in defrosting operation. The product is submerged in a water bath and thawed by means of recirculated water. The thawed product falls off the block and sinks to the bottom where a water flume conveys it to the discharge elevator. On the discharge elevator the product is separated from the water and discharged onto an inspection conveyor.
Water defrosting is used when high capacity defrosting process is needed.
